COSTS
We'll be covering group dinners and select bar tabs and lunches throughout the trip — on your end, plan for flights, accommodation, some food & drink, the ticket to a NYE event and a bit for the bach day. There will be no bridal or groomsmen party dresses or suits and the bach day will be something local and fun.
We know flying to Amsterdam isn't cheap, especially over a holiday! We love & appreciate you for it <3 the trip is pulling a triple duty: the wedding, the bachelor / bachelorette and NYE
Rsvps
We chose Sir Albert Hotel! It's central, it's beautiful, and we've secured a room block so we can all stay together. Booking your room is how you RSVP.
Your card won't be charged until the day that you check in. No deposit, no prepayment required.
That said, please only book if you're confident you can make it. Once rooms are booked, we'll start booking meals / venues. Because we're planning something small and intimate, most vendors will require us to pay per head upfront - so we appreciate you only booking once you're sure.

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING
- You have 2 room options (Boutique Room — €245/night OR Deluxe Room (larger) — €255/night)
- Additional €23/night for double occupancy
- If you're coming solo but need someone to split a room with reach out to us & we'll help coordinate!
- The hotel block link is currently showing incorrect prices in their system - we're aware, they're aware, and it's being sorted on their end. Please go ahead and book using the link below, and the correct rates listed above will be applied in the backend. You will only ever be charged what's written here. Confusing, we know — sorry!
- Technically, there's not much planned on January 1st, so you could check out that day and shorten your stay. But we wouldn't recommend it because we will be so wasted on NYE and to check out on a holiday the day after and rough it through a international flight... perhaps stay the extra night!
- On the flip side, we intentionally planned the wedding to end on a Friday/Saturday so that if you want to extend your trip and explore somewhere else in Europe for the weekend you easily can!
AFTER YOU BOOK
The hotel will notify us, but feel free to shoot us a text too — we'd love to hear from you. Over the next several months, we'll be sending out a know-before-you-go guide and other updates as things come together.

Heartbroken to not have you but completely understood! Just let us know anytime before June 30th.
